The variation in shipping fees is due to factors like product weight and delivery address.

- Our protective gear products are charged a shipping fee of $3.99 per order.

- For yoga mat products, a shipping cost of $5.99 per order is applicable.

- We offer Free Delivery for purchases of two or more items within the United States and Canada.

Cambivo will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.(Cambivo) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

• Designed for Barefoot Exercises Only: This mat is intended for use without shoes. Wearing shoes on the mat is not recommended, as it can damage its surface.
• New Mat Smell: Upon receiving your mat, it may have a slight odor that will fade over time. To help with this, unroll the mat and place it in a cool, ventilated area for 2-5 days before your first use.
• Avoid Sharp Objects: Do not place any sharp or hard objects on the mat to prevent damage. Store the mat safely after use to protect it from pets and other objects.
• Initial Curling: When first unrolled, the mat may not lie flat and can curl at the ends due to the TPE material. To fix this, place some weights on the curled ends for a short period to help it settle, and then enjoy your practice comfortably.
