How to Wear the Patella Knee Strap:

1. Unfasten one strap and place the strap about 1 inch (2.5 cm) below the knee cap.

2. Hook and loop the Velcro straps and then tighten and adjust both straps until you feel snug and comfortable. 

• The band should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to slide one finger between the strap and your leg.

• If you find the knee strap is lack support, you might wear them incorrectly or the Velcro strap is too loose. Adjust the closure to ensure enough compression on your patella tendon.
